Terms of Service

By accessing or using Vyaso.ai you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Vyaso.ai is the underwriting intelligence layer for MCAs and ISOs. The service ingests bank statements provided by the customer and produces analysis output including a risk score, adjusted-revenue figure, ranked flags, and an executive summary.

• Provide bank statements only for merchants who have consented to underwriting analysis
• Maintain the confidentiality of credentials
• Comply with applicable laws regarding data handling, fair lending, and disclosure

Customers may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the internal logic of the analysis engine
• Use the service to violate applicable laws or third-party rights
• Resell access to the service without a written reseller agreement

Vyaso retains all rights to the analysis engine, the detection layers, and the platform interface. Customers retain rights to their own bank-statement source data and analysis output.

The service is provided "as is" during the pilot phase. To the extent permitted by law, Vyaso's liability is limited to the fees paid by the customer in the prior twelve months.

Either party may terminate a pilot engagement with seven days' written notice. On termination, Vyaso will return or delete customer data per the agreed retention policy.
