01.Who we are
Vyaso.ai is operated by [Company legal name TBD]. This policy describes how we collect, process, and protect personal data of our customers and the merchants whose bank statements we analyze on their behalf.
02.What we collect
- Account data: name, work email, company name, role
- Pilot data: bank statement files (PDF or CSV) provided by the customer for analysis
- Usage data: timestamps and identifiers of analyses run
- Communication data: emails, support tickets, pilot review notes
03.How we process
- Analyze bank statements on dedicated infrastructure
- Store analysis results (risk score, flags, executive summary) for retrieval and re-comparison
- Send pilot setup and follow-up email
- Diagnose product issues
04.Subprocessors
We use the following subprocessors. Customer data may flow through them in the course of providing the service:
- Cloud hosting provider [TBD]

05.Retention
- Original PDF uploads: not retained beyond the analysis run by default
- Analysis results: retained per the per-pilot retention policy agreed during pilot setup
- Account and contact data: retained for the duration of the business relationship plus seven years for legal compliance

- Request deletion of an analysis result
- Request correction of incorrect personal data
